The commons areas were thoughtfully crafted and really stood out. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable!
The only negative I would say is that the rooms were slightly used up

It offered the perfect mix of comfort and modern style, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.And the breakfast, absolutely superb! The variety, quality, and presentation were top-notch. It was the perfect way to start each day, with both Japanese and Western options prepared to perfection.I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Whether you’re visiting Naha for business or leisure, Estinate Hotel Naha is a fantastic choice.

Very easy to get to from the airport, super friendly staff and included breaktis delicious.
Maybe it was jetlag, but the AC noise made it kind of hard to sleep.

Very welcoming and helpful staffs who also speak English which helps our communication.Room is spacious for family like us.They provide free drinks in the arvo, great to enjoy some chill time at the dinning area.Oh, and their breakfast are very nice!! wish we could stay for few more days.The small yakiniku restaurant next to them is very nice too~~
The air conditioning is a bit weak, but it works better while we kept the toilet and bathroom doors opened. and the fridge didn't work when it's switched to II, only works with I.

Personel was really nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. You can ask for hotel pajamas. There is hotel bar/restaurant so you can eat there tasty breakfest and more. Location is great, just few steps from the ferry port.
I loved everything about it! My standard double room had everything I needed and it was spotless clean everywhere, as expected from a Japanese property. Soundproofing was very good, since my room was just next to the lift and I didn’t hear anything. The coin laundry on the 4th floor was very convenient, and you only need 1h in the dryer to properly dry your clothes, even with a bigger load. Free toiletries were provided at reception, and you could help yourself anytime. Very nice touch: providing nice,super soft pyjamas as part of the service. Also worth noting as exceptional: the body wash/shampoo/conditioner set in the bathroom-very good quality,aroma and feel!All the staff was very accommodating and helpful,with great English, always greeting you with a smile.The location is also very convenient,just 5-7 min away from the monorail station and the ferry terminal. Walking distance from Kokusai street as well, around 20 min.
